Can you offer assistance in posting the following position.

 

Title:  Senior Quantitative Analyst:

 

 Position Description:

 

Design/perform quantitative studies in support of company’s business strategy. Develop, maintain, debug, document and optimize a library of S-Plus & C++ functions that include mathematical, statistical and optimization models developed and currently used in house. Mentor lower level analysts on S-Plus modeling techniques. Working for Special Valuation within the Project Valuation group, the job offers exposure to various business units of company in valuing investment opportunities as applied to new or existing assets. The job requires a person that can be comfortable working under pressure in a fast paced business oriented environment.

 

 Position Requires:

 

A minimum of a master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other quantitative discipline; doctorate preferred. Detail oriented, strong analytical and programming skills. 5-10 years of quantitative or statistical analysis experience with 3-5 years of experience working with S-Plus or R. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to apply ANOVA, random number generation and Monte Carlo methods in
S
-Plus/R, and C++.  The candidate should demonstrate effective verbal and written communications skills.
