Dear S-plus users, I'm trying to build a fancy graphic which will (hopefully) end up showing a boxplot superposed with the scatter data used in the boxplot and a regression/loess line on top. The data are records of pharacodynamic response vs. time, and will be sorted into "bins" each containing an equal number of samples. Each bin will (eventually) show up as a whiskered box. Currently, I'm missing a way to add the boxplot. In particular, the panel function panel.bwplot() is very stubborn about creatinghorizontal boxes instead of vertical ones (like the ones that are created with the non-trellis boxplot() function). Is there a way to create vertical boxplots in the trellis framework - without writing a custom panel function? Thanks for any help/suggestions! KR, PMD. ============================================================================================================================ The information contained in this communication is confidential, may be subject to legal privileges, may constitute inside information, and is intended only for the use of the addressee.
