Thread-topic: multicomp for split-plot?
Hello,

Is it possible to use multicomp, or something similar, on a multi-level
aov model?

My initial analysis follows this pattern:
avht00 <- aov(ht00 ~ trt * stk * tend + blk + rep + Error(trt:blk +
stk:rep + tend:stk:rep),
        data=aovmia, proj=T, qr=T, na.action=na.exclude)

summary(avht00, split=list(
        trt=list(lt v mu=1, mu v sc=2, N v W=3, S v F=4, E v B=5),
        stk=list(Sw v Pw=1, SwSm v Lg=2, PwSm v Lg=3)))

I can provide more details if necessary.

Thanks, DaveT.
