Hi-Sorry for the double post, but I'm also having trouble with one other aspect of the dataset I'm working with. As I mentioned in my previous post, the matrix I'm attempting to perform regression on is 360,000x1028. When I try to input a regression formula with 1028 variables, I get the following error, presumably during the parse: Problem: Stack overflow (do_deparse) Top functions on stack: 6: deparse 5: cat 4: source 3: script.run 2: eval Is there any way to avoid this for a Big Data set? Thanks, James |
