The good news is that S-Plus 8.0 is out. The bad news is that they are
taking a really long time to ship it to people, not to mention that they
make you request it instead of shipping it to customers automatically.

"Note: The S-PLUS package system is a new feature in S-PLUS 8.0. It is
not likely that any of the packages from CSAN will work in versions of

I am using S-PLUS 7.0 for Windows (Enterprise Developer).
I have downloaded randonForest package (Windows Binary) from
csan.insightful.com and extracted all the files into
\INSIGHTFUL\splus70\library\randomForest directory.
But I have received the following error message while loading the
package using File / Load Library. I have noticed that S.dll is in the
directory \INSIGHTFUL\splus70\library\randomForest.
C:\PROGRAM FILES\INSIGHTFUL\splus70\library\randomForest\S.dll: The
specified
procedure could not be found.
Any solution please.
