Dear All,
is there a straightforward way to estimate an ARMA(1,1) with panel data? The
problem is as follows:
x(i,t) = a * x(i,t-1) + b * e(i,t-1) + e(i,t), i=1,...,N, t=1,...,T(i)
where e(i,t) is t-distributed, e(i,0) = x(i,0) = 0, N is large and T(i) is
small.
