Timezones

Dear All,

 

I wonder if the timezone list in Splus 7.0 is updated immediately as legislation changes for each country? How often is it updated? For example, Australia last year had a change in its normal daylight saving date and Canada apparently will change its daylight saving in 2007. Can anyone from Splus comment?
