Hi Jason

we have a new offering, S+flexBayes, that is about to go in to beta testing. Let me know if you want to be a part of this.

Re. a methods book, we recommend Bayesian Data Analysis by Gelman, Carlin, Stern, and Rubin.  This text does require an understanding of basic calculus.

good luck!
Michael

Two part question here:

1)      Is there a basic methods book that teaches statistics from a Bayesian point of view (undergraduate level would okay).  Looking for recommendations to show non-statisticians these methods.

2)      What is the best applied Bayesian methods book that uses WinBugs as the software to employee techniques (graduate or senior level undergraduate here). Teach myself Winbugs

Thanks in advance.
