Thread-topic: Multivariate Multiple Regression
Hello all,

I am unsuccessfully trying to fit a Multivariate Response Model in S
plus 7.
I have students' scores in two exams (A and B) and I want to calculate
random intercepts and slopes for each exam together with their
Variance-Covariance matrix. In glm (and related functions) it seems I am
only allowed to specify one outcome variable (either A or B). Any
thoughts?

I can do this very easily in MlWin, but can't run it easily in a batch
mode, which is my final objective.

Thanks in adavance

William
