Earlier I asked for a any ports of Supersmoother to C. We've
accomplished the port locally, so there is now no need. We used f2c, but
there was a formatting error on the first line of the Supersmoother
routine that pretty much wigged-out the f2c converter. The formatting
error is fixed and everyone is happy.
