S-PLUS analysis - AKA geometric mean functional regression

One of my organization’s biologists would like to perform the following analyses in S-PLUS (possibly).

1) reduced major axis regression analysis,

2) AKA geometric mean functional regression

3) line of organic correlation?

 

Is there anyone who has done this in S-plus that would be willing to e-mail or talk (in the USA) to her about this?
