Dear list,

I would like to find the prob density of Tukey's studentized range distribution for a given critical value (quantile).  In R, the function is ptukey(), which is the partner of qtukey().  S-Plus has qtukey() but no ptukey().

Does anyone know if such a function (compiled or S code) might exist somewhere out there that I can bring into my S-Plus 6.2 environment?  I am aware of a shar archive on StatLib that includes a ptukey() function, but I can't use that since I'm on a Windows machine and do not have the necessary shell and FORTRAN compiler.  I'm also interested in hearing appropriate workarounds, alternate approaches, etc.

Thanks very much,

jeff.

Subject: Re: [S] glme in Splus

Hi everyone,
I use Splus 6.2, but my grad students are using the most current version.
They tell me that the correlatedData library does not work with the current
version. Is there an updated correlatedData library that does work with it?
Otherwise, what is the best way to do a glme (with binomial distribution) in
Splus?
Thanks,
Nicola Koper
