Yes, this is the same package that was previously available separately for download, and is now incorporated into S+.

I looks like S+ 8.1 now includes a resample package.  Just to be certain - is this the same package as what is available at http://www.insightful.com/Hesterberg/bootstrap/?  Also - is there an R equivalent?
