Solution to fill in table names

Thanks to Kim Elmore, Chris Barker, Rolf Turner, Scott Chasalow, Bill Dunlap, and Lee De Cola.  The much-maligned factor() provided the simplest solution. I used Bill Dunlap’s and Rolf Turner’s suggested command:

 

   table(factor(dataframe$Hour, levels=0:23))

 

and it worked beautifully. Thanks to everyone for taking time to respond.
