You may try the following:

guiCreate( "MainTitle", Name = "GSD2$1$1",
Title = "\\\"Symbol\"abes",
FillColor = "Transparent")
(you can insert a title from the menu edit
the font and format and then see how it writes in the history to learn more
about how to write the formats / colors/ sub and superscripts)
