B&W Trellis device

Thanks to Stephen Kaluzny for the fix:

Stephen says:
Seems like a bug to me.  It appears that the new (in S+ 8.x) global
device palette does not work well for black and white trellis plots.

  use.device.palette(T)  # uses the device specific color palette
  trellis.device(color=F)

This works ... in fact, all subsequent graphics devices are in B&w 
until I issued the command:
 use.device.palette(F)   # must go back to global device color pallet
