EXCITE - Data Coordinating Center(Phil Miller, P.I.) in conjunction with Emory University, this study will try interventions that speed recovery from strokes. The Data Coordinating center will be responsible for development of the web based data entry system, data management, tracking of recruitment and adverse events, overseeing data collection and reporting.
